Training Schedule
North Cork AC offers a structured training schedule catering to athletes of all ages and abilities. Sessions are held multiple times a week, with specialized training for sprints, middle-distance, endurance, and field events.
Juvenile training takes place on designated evenings, focusing on skill development in a fun and supportive setting.
