A short trip to Fermoy on Sunday 7th November for the Munster B’s Cross Country. In the U9 girls race, Kate Sheehy finished in 10th place to claim a medal. We also had Joe Walsh as 10th place finisher in the boys U9 race, followed by Gearoid O’Riordan, Sean O’Neill and Danny Grace to claim the Silver Team medals. Joe also wins the County team medal. The u11 girls claimed 7th spot overall in the teams. In the U11 boys, Kyle Hunter finished 7th followed by Patrick Bourke, Daniel Shorten, and Robbie McAuliffe, just missing out on the team medals and finishing 4th. The girls U15 race saw two juveniles in the top 12, Caoilainn Ryan (9th) and Anna Lucey O’Sullivan (10th). Eimear Barrett (14th) and Niamh Lavery (18th) complete the team that claim Gold. Caoilainn picks up a county team medal also. In the U17 girls, Eimear Lavery finished in 8th place
